Very informative. Found out somethings that I didn't know
Interesting concept of developing a personal cipher, very thin on history or decryption and a little confusing in describing the mechanics of the ciphers. For the curious and inexperienced a decent book to start with.

There was some good historical ciphers but the author occasionally failed at explaining some of the concepts. Even some of his examples, which he says he loves were lacking in clarity.
